普及扩展阳城县润城镇有行政村29个,3.1万人,其中60岁以上老年人占总人口的10％,已进入了老年型乡镇。1995年在县老干局门协的领导与支持下,组建了两支老干部门球队。随后,在镇党委、政府的大力关怀、重视下,门球运动于镇内全面铺开:开拓门球场地,组建门球球队,购置所需器材,培训教练、裁判,研究技术战术……全镇的门球运动在一天天地发展壮大。几年来,共新建门球场24个,购置门球器材22付,发展门球运动员648人,组建门球队52支,特别是先后多次参加县、市、省的门球比赛,取得了好成绩,传播了精神文明,受到各级领导的表扬和鼓励。回顾几年来全镇的门球运动从无到有、从小到大、从落后到先进、从普及到提高的发展历程,可划分为如下四个阶段。领导重视,认识到位镇党委、政府面对占全镇人口10％的三千余名老年人,认真学习《老年法》、《全民健身计划纲要》,深刻地认识到老年人是国家的宝贵财富,他们在过去的半
