斜交网格筒结构角部X形节点受力影响分析及实测验证

目前关于斜交网格筒结构力学性能研究多集中于结构整体受力性能分析,忽略了局部复杂区域对结构整体受力效应的影响。基于这一背景,本文首先进行了结构分析,针对斜交网格外筒角部存的局部复杂区域,通过改变角部空间节点的模型参数建立了不同折线模型;探讨了在竖向和侧向荷载作用下该节点区域传力路径和内力分布特点;分析了复杂局部区域对结构整体以及局部相关构件内力分布的影响。依托实际斜交网格筒超高层结构,对该结构角部复杂区域建立现场应力监测系统,实测了相关构件施工过程中的应力变化,并与施工过程模拟结果进行对比分析。揭示了实测中环梁轴力以及斜柱弯矩的变化规律,补充说明了角部区域的复杂性,验证了结构局部复杂区域、相关构件的传力路径以及内力分布特点。 At present, the research on the mechanical properties of skewed grid structure mostly focuses on the analysis of the overall mechanical performance of the structure, ignoring the effect of the local complex area on the overall stress effect of the structure. Based on this background, the paper firstly analyzes the structure, and sets up different broken line models by changing the model parameters of the corner space nodes in view of the local complex area in the corner of the skewed grid. The force transmission path and internal force distribution under the action of the node are analyzed. The influence of complicated local area on the internal force distribution of the whole structure and the local related components is analyzed. Relying on the actual skewed gridded high-rise structure, the on-site stress monitoring system was established for the complex corner of the structure. The stress changes during the construction of the relevant components were measured and compared with the simulation results of the construction process. The variations of the axial force and the bending moment of the ring beam are revealed. The complexity of the corner region is added to verify the force transmission path and the distribution of the internal force in the complex local area and the related components.
