黑龙江省通信管理局高度重视5G、大数据中心、工业互联网等信息基础设施发展,为贯彻省委省政府关于推动5G网络加快发展的重要指示,落实2021年黑龙江省政府工作报告中加快推进5G技术应用的工作要求,更全面地掌握和推进黑龙江省5G应用发展,近期组织黑龙江联通、移动、电信、铁塔和联通(黑龙江)产业互联网有限公司等信息通信企业开展了5G应用案例征集工作.共收集到已建或在建5G应用项目27个,涵盖工业、农业、医疗、教育、矿山、文旅、政务、园区等8个领域,形成《黑龙江省信息通信行业5G+应用案例汇编》(以下简称《汇编》),其中针对17个项目案例进行了重点介绍.
