本文着重论述了铸铁中的石墨夹杂对铸铁发生直接渗漏的影响。指出,铸铁的耐压密封性(铸铁抵抗直接渗漏与间接渗漏的能力)并非只受铸铁内石墨夹杂形变,分布状况的制约,更主要的是受铸铁本身致密程度与强度的影响。本文对国内外液压工业中广泛采用的铸铁材料及其性能、生产方法作了扼要的介绍。
This article focuses on the impact of graphite inclusions in cast iron on the direct leakage of cast iron. It is pointed out that the pressure-tightness of cast iron (the ability of cast iron to resist direct leakage and indirect leakage) is not limited by the deformation and distribution of graphite inclusions in cast iron. The more important factor is the density and strength of cast iron itself. In this paper, the domestic and foreign widely used in the hydraulic industry of cast iron materials and their performance, production methods are briefly introduced.
