小学英语如何与幼儿英语衔接?如何在小学阶段把握不同学生的不同层次水平。如何变被动为主动,让学生把之前的不等转化融合?第一,先破后立。无语言游戏每次效果都出奇的好,学生似乎一下子回到了语言最原始的阶段,淡化了自己的母语和外语能力,强化了学生的等同的沟通方式,放下了骄傲和自卑,增强学生之间的熟悉程度,课堂中恢复了最本真的面目并获得了极大地乐趣。第二,互补互进。教学中,经常会看到有基础的学生丧失兴趣,而无基础的学生产生自卑情绪。本来是两个让人头疼的问题,我发现它们竟然是最好的结合契机。第三,过渡转型。我会尽量用比赛的方式替换游戏的方式,实际上是潜移默化的告诉学生:用玩的心态来对待英语学习是不行的了。第四,家校联合。老师必须和家长联合起来引导。第五,张弛有度。
