广东海洋经济发展呈现较为明显的新常态特征。尽管广东海洋经济的发展基础好,发展空间大,但与我国其他地区的海洋经济相比,其面临着经济增速下降、结构调整缓慢、发展动力不足、产业升级受阻等困境。广东海洋经济发展要利用供给侧结构性改革机遇,构建现代海洋经济体系,加快数字化建设和开创海洋经济开放新格局。 The development of Guangdong’s marine economy shows obvious new normal features. Although Guangdong enjoys a good foundation for marine economic development and a huge space for development, it faces challenges such as the slowdown of economic growth, slow structural adjustment, lack of development momentum and the impediment to industrial upgrading, compared with the marine economy in other parts of China. Guangdong’s marine economic development should take advantage of the supply-side structural reform opportunities, build a modern marine economic system, speed up digitization and create a new pattern of marine economic openness.
