从读书起我就一直为自己肥肥的四肢和微凸的小肚子发愁,上班后更是因没有时间去运动而苦恼不已。记得每次看漫画时,特别羡慕书中的那些美少女细长的胳膊和曼妙的身材。我不在乎朋友们因我的身材开玩笑,但自己总要面对挑选衣服的尴尬,这让我滋生了锻炼的念头。平时我的生活方式还算健康,偶尔会去光顾网球馆、保龄球馆,可坚持了一段时间发现身材还是不能达到理想状态。后来看到《医学美学美容》介绍的很多办公室健身方法,我都一一试用了,发现原来在繁忙的办公室也可以减肥啊!
