应用抗CD4抗体(anti-CD4)诱导移植耐受,治疗自身免疾病已引起人们的重视。CD4最主要的功能是与TCR/CD3识别的MHCⅡ类分子表面的配体相互作用。CD4尚与TCR/CD3呈物理相关,在MHC Ⅱ类基因产物的调节下,引起强烈的T细胞激活信号。应用anti-CD4干扰抗原识别及其对T细胞的激活而抑制CD4 ̄+T细胞的功能,或者是通过诱导细胞毒效应、干扰细胞粘附以及通过对细胞的调理作用和细胞之间的相互作用,从体内清除CD4 ̄+T细胞,或使T细胞在体内重新分布,此乃anti-CD4治疗的关键。
