用原子吸收分光光度法和紫外分光光度法分别测定了贵阳地区三个不同地点同一季节采集的箭叶淫羊藿片中 1 0种微量元素及总黄酮的含量。结果表明 :虽然同是箭叶淫羊藿 ,但因产地的具体地理环境条件不同 ,其药理活性成分的含量也会出现较大差异。 Atomic absorption spectrophotometry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of 10 kinds of trace elements and total flavonoids in the leaves of Epimedium sagittatum collected in the same season at three different locations in Guiyang. The results showed that: although the same is the Epimedium sagittatum, the pharmacologically active components of the production site also differ greatly depending on the specific geographical environment.
