目的探索不同膳食模式与高血压的关系。方法采用膳食频率法,用因子分析方法建立膳食模式,分析不同膳食模式与高血压间的关系。结果对江苏省江阴市1 248名居民进行血压测量及膳食调查。江阴地区2007年的高血压总患病率为34.5%,其中男性为36.6%,女性为32.7%。因子分析得到5种膳食模式,其中甜食模式、饮料模式、健康模式以及饮酒模式4种模式均对高血压患病率有影响。多元Logistic回归分析发现,饮酒模式是男性人群高血压发生的危险因素,最高四分位数相对于最低四分位数的比值Q4∶Q1的OR=1.91,95%CI=1.06~3.46。结论膳食模式与高血压密切相关,减少酒类摄入,养成健康的饮食习惯对预防高血压的发生有重要意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between different dietary patterns and hypertension. Methods Dietary frequency method was used to establish dietary patterns using factor analysis method to analyze the relationship between different dietary patterns and hypertension. Results Blood pressure measurement and dietary survey were conducted on 1,248 residents in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. The overall prevalence of hypertension in Jiangyin in 2007 was 34.5%, of which 36.6% were men and 32.7% were women. Five kinds of dietary patterns were obtained by factor analysis. Among them, four patterns of sweet food pattern, beverage pattern, health pattern and drinking pattern all had an impact on the prevalence of hypertension. Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that drinking pattern was a risk factor for hypertension in male population. The ratio of the highest quartile to the lowest quartile, Q4: Q1, was 1.91, 95% CI = 1.06-3.66. Conclusion Dietary patterns and hypertension are closely related to reduce alcohol intake, to develop a healthy diet is important to prevent the occurrence of hypertension.
