为了研究CFRP布混合粘贴的界面粘结性能,设计了4组自锚式面内双剪试验.根据界面剪应力的发展规律,将CFRP布混合粘贴中碳纤维布由初始受力至破坏的过程划分为3个阶段.试验考虑了碳纤维布不同的粘贴长度因素,分析试验中的破坏形式、破坏过程和界面粘结性能.研究表明CFRP布混合粘贴形式中的钢板锚固件提高了CFRP-混凝土界面的粘结强度,将破坏形态由碳纤维布的剥离破坏转变为碳纤维布的断裂破坏,极大地的提高了碳纤维布材料的强度利用率.碳纤维布在未剥离阶段其界面粘结性能较为稳定,钢板锚固件对碳纤维布的初始剥离影响较小;在碳纤维布持续剥离阶段,钢板锚固件可以延缓碳纤维布的剥离,使得界面粘结强度提高18.02%.
In order to study the interfacial bonding properties of CFRP cloth, four self-anchoring in-plane shear experiments were designed.According to the development of interfacial shear stress, the CFRP cloth was mixed and pasted with carbon fiber cloth from the initial stress to failure process Which is composed of three stages.The experiment considers the different bonding length factors of carbon fiber cloth and analyzes the failure mode, the failure process and the interfacial bonding performance of the CFRP.The results show that the CFRP- Bond strength, the destruction of the form of carbon fiber cloth from the peeling damage to the carbon fiber cloth fracture failure, which greatly improved the carbon fiber cloth material utilization rate of strength.Carbon fiber cloth in the non-peel phase interface bonding performance is more stable, steel anchoring The effect of initial peeling on CFRP sheet is less. During the continuous stripping of CFRP sheet, the steel plate anchors can delay the stripping of the CFRP sheet, resulting in an increase of 18.02% in interfacial bond strength.
