在基于图像处理的炉膛火焰温度场测量技术的基础上 ,根据电站锅炉运行的实际情况 ,提出了指导炉膛优化吹灰的理论模型 ,为开发炉膛优化吹灰技术提供了必要的理论依据。该技术的开发对电站锅炉的安全经济运行具有重要意义。
Based on the image processing temperature field measurement technology of furnace flames and according to the actual situation of power station boiler operation, a theoretical model for guiding furnace soot blowing optimization is proposed, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for developing furnace soot blowing technology. The development of this technology is of great importance to the safe and economical operation of power plant boilers.
