1 地震危险性评定的历史荷兰地震危险性评定的目的首先考虑的是确保核电站的安全性,同时也考虑建筑设计和建设的安全性。与地震有关的有两个细则:一是核电站的(NVR3.1,1986);另一项为建筑的(NEN6702,1989)。这两个细则根据内部报告进行定期修正(Ritsema,1975;De Crook,1985a、b)。核电站的细则也参考了IAEA安全规范No:50—C—S(1978)、50—SG—S1和50—SG—S2(1979)。然而,建筑细则仅包括有关地震方面附录中的建议,同时也根据欧洲规范草案8(Bossenmayer,1984)。对核电站进行了若干场地研究,其结果发表在内部报告中。
1 History of Seismic Hazard Assessment The purpose of the seismic hazard assessment in the Netherlands is, first of all, to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants while also considering the safety of building design and construction. There are two rules related to earthquakes: one is a nuclear power plant (NVR 3.1, 1986) and the other is a building (NEN 6702, 1989). These two rules are regularly revised on the basis of internal reports (Ritsema, 1975; De Crook, 1985a, b). Nuclear power plant rules also reference the IAEA Safety Code No: 50-C-S (1978), 50-SG-S1 and 50-SG-S2 (1979). However, the architectural details only include recommendations in the appendix on earthquakes, as well as in draft European norms 8 (Bossenmayer, 1984). A number of site studies have been conducted on nuclear power plants and their results are published in internal reports.
