香葱、蒜苗常为大众饮食之辅料。笔者于1991年秋末冬初根据蛔虫病流行病学特点和食品卫生现场监督检查存在的问题,对香葱和蒜苗的蛔虫卵污染状况进行了调查。此次共检查香葱、蒜苗各73份和53份、两种辅料均有蛔虫卵污染,其中蒜苗污染率为15.09%,葱为4.11%,每100克蒜苗含蛔虫卵6.5个,葱含蛔虫卵6.67个。污染蒜苗显著高于香葱。众所周知,蛔虫是经口感染的人体寄生虫,由于蛔虫生殖
Chives, garlic often for the public diet accessories.
