Weihai Textile Group Co., Ltd. is the product of a comprehensive adjustment of the industrial structure and a deepening reform of the management system. It is also a model of the earliest pilot industry in the province’s textile economy combined with self-supported import and export success. In the first half of this year, foreign exchange earned through exports totaled 35.54 million U.S. dollars and imports and exports totaled 82.8 million U.S. dollars. It was listed by the provincial government as one of the 30 large-scale self-supported import and export enterprises supported by the province, and was ranked as 1 by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
