一班級工作的好壞,要看這個班是否有一個堅強的集體。這樣的集體一旦形成,那就是一個極大的力量,它會幫助班主任做很多工作,從中能培養出大量的積極分子。下面我就講一下我是如何組織班集體的。我班同學是初中一年級新生。開學之初,有很大一部分同學對班上的事不關心,彼此常鬧意見。因此,班內很散漫,教室顯得很雜亂。為了糾正這個現象,我規定了輪流值日制度,並設班級日誌,團隊日誌,成立若干個值日小組;每組設一值日長,值日長都佩帶精緻的袖標。我又組織團隊員討論「如何做好值日工作,填好日誌,帶動羣眾」。這樣,同學們就逐漸對集體發生感情了。他們非常盼望自己輪到值日,來填寫教室日誌,非常樂意佩帶值日的袖標,他
