国内自行车行业已成“五、四、三”格局:年生产能力5000万辆,实际产量4000万辆,市场需求量3000万辆目前,90%的三资企业为台商投资。然而,由于自1993年起欧盟和加拿大对台湾和大陆的自行车出口提出了倾销指控,台资企业纷纷把目标转向国内,一些企业的产品内销量已达50-80%“凤凰”、“永久”日子难过,生产能力过剩、缺乏技改资金,但它们却偏偏又挤出资金上新企业,造出洋牌子,更冲击了国内老牌子
The domestic bicycle industry has become a “five, four, and three” pattern: the annual production capacity is 50 million, the actual output is 40 million, and the market demand is 30 million. Currently, 90% of the foreign-funded enterprises invest in Taiwanese companies. However, since the EU and Canada raised dumping accusations against bicycle exports from Taiwan and the mainland since 1993, Taiwan-funded enterprises have turned their targets to the domestic market, and some companies’ sales within the products have reached 50-80% of the “Phoenix”. The “permanent” days are sad, there is excess production capacity, and there is a lack of technical reform funds. However, they have chosen to squeeze out capital to build new companies, create foreign brands, and even hurt old domestic brands.
