为确定以花楸果实多糖的提取工艺,先用分光光度法测定超声提取的天山花楸不同部位多糖的含量,再设计正交试验筛选超声提取天山花楸果实多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:天山花楸各部位中果实含糖量最高,为4.63%。最佳工艺条件为以95%乙醇溶液醇沉、料液比1:45(g/mL)、超声时间45min、超声功率240W,天山花楸果实中多糖含量可达到5.92%。其中,料液比是影响天山花楸多糖得率的显著性因素。
In order to determine the extraction process of polysaccharides from Sorbus aucuparia, spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides extracted from different parts of Sorbus tianschanica collected by ultrasonic spectrophotometry. The optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from Sorbus tianschanica were screened by orthogonal design. The results showed that the highest sugar content of Sorbus tianschanica was 4.63%. The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol precipitation at 95% ethanol, solid - liquid ratio 1:45 (g / mL), ultrasonic time 45min, ultrasonic power 240W, polysaccharides content of 5.92%. Among them, the ratio of solid to liquid was the significant factor affecting the yield of polysaccharides from Sorbus tianshanica.
