在欧美经济逐渐转好的带动下,台湾进口废纸及工业用纸报价及售价都明显上扬。据台湾省造纸工业同业公会的统计显示，2月份进口废纸的报价较1月份明显上涨，其中从美国进口废纸（AOCC）平均每吨售价在95～100美元之间；从欧洲进口废纸（EOCC）平均每吨售价从60美元上涨至70美元
