用烟草花叶病毒(TMV)接种过敏性寄主枯斑三生烟或心叶烟的半叶或下部两叶,可诱导出未接种的另半叶或上部叶对TMV再次感染的抗性,诱发接种后7d用TMV进行攻击接种,所产生的枯斑直径明显小于对照。诱发抗性最早在诱发接种后3~4d被检测到,第7d左右达到高峰,温度对诱发抗性的产生有很大影响。诱发接种叶上部的未接种叶因叶位不同,其抗性强弱也不同。经TMV诱发后的心叶烟可表现出对TMV和CMV两者的抗性,在攻击接种CMV后,潜育期比对照延长1~2d.
