外语教学的最终目的不仅是教学生学会外语,其本身更要传承教育的精神与宗旨,这就是:教学成人。成人是任何教育教学活动的终极目标。因此,研究外语教学不仅是研究“教师如何教,学生如何学”的问题,更要研究“教师为什么教和学生为什么学”的问题。以往的大学英语教学改革多集中在教学的客体层面。然而,教学是一个多元素、复杂的、整合的系统。最重要的是,教学如果缺失了对人的关照,单纯的研究教和学都是片面的。本文正是在“生成”这个哲学理论的关照下,对大学英语教学生活中“作为教师的人”与“作为学生的人”对于“怎样各自认清自己并且互相解读对方以及怎样相互锁定,筹划未来,共同生成”等问题进行的初步探讨。
The ultimate goal of foreign language teaching is not only to teach students to learn a foreign language, but also to pass on the spirit and purpose of education. This is to teach adults. Adults are the ultimate goal of any education and teaching activity. Therefore, the study of foreign language teaching is not only a question of “how teachers teach and how students learn”, but also studies the question of “what teachers teach and why students learn”. The previous college English teaching reform focused on the object of teaching. However, teaching is a multi-element, complex, integrated system. The most important thing is that if there is a lack of care for people in teaching, simple research teaching and learning is one-sided. This article is under the circumstance of the “generating” philosophical theory, “How to be a teacher’s person” and “as a student’s person” and “to” understand each other and interpret each other in college English teaching life. The other party and how to lock in each other, planning for the future, together to generate a preliminary discussion of such issues.
