目前籽西瓜的生产主要是以收取瓜籽为目的,这不仅造成很大的浪费,而且其废弃物还污染了环境。因此,其综合加工利用是一项急待解决的课题。在籽西瓜综合加工利用中,挖瓤工序是一个薄弱环节,现大多采用手工完成。作者根据共轭切削原理设计出新型挖瓤机,具有高效、工作平稳、机械化程度高等特点,每小时可处理6000kg籽西瓜,为手工挖瓤工效的12倍。
At present, the production of seed watermelon is mainly for the purpose of collecting melon seeds, which not only causes great waste, but also pollutes the environment with its waste. Therefore, its comprehensive processing and utilization is an urgent issue. In the watermelon comprehensive processing and utilization, digging process is a weak link, are mostly used by hand. Based on the principle of conjugate cutting, the author designed a new type of digging machine which has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable work and high degree of mechanization. 6000kg of watermelon can be processed per hour, which is 12 times of manual digging.
