报告4例正常声带及声带鳞状细胞癌的电镜观察结果。扫描电镜正常人声带与鳞癌细胞间形态学区别在于癌细胞表面膨大,不光滑,有不规则的类微绒毛样结构存在,细胞间接触减少且境界不清。应用扫描电镜可能早期发现喉癌和评价某些解剖异常。透射电镜:癌细胞核呈波纹状曲折或齿状凸出,细胞质內有较多张力原纤维,细胞间有发育良好的桥粒连接,癌间质细胞中可见较多淋巴细胞和浆细胞。目前认为是机体免疫功能增强的表现,其多数预后较好。
The results of electron microscopy of 4 normal vocal cords and vocal cord squamous cell carcinomas were reported. The morphological difference between SEM normal vocal cords and squamous cell carcinoma cells is that the surface of the cancer cells is swollen, not smooth, there are irregular microvilli-like structures, and the contact between cells is reduced and the boundary is unclear. The use of scanning electron microscopy may detect laryngeal cancer early and evaluate some anatomical abnormalities. Transmission electron microscopy: The nucleus of the cancer cell is wavy or bulging, and there is more tension fibril in the cytoplasm. Well-developed desmosomes are connected between the cells, and there are more lymphocytes and plasma cells in the interstitial cells. It is currently considered to be an enhancement of the body’s immune function, and most of its prognosis is good.
