保险企业的核心竞争力,主要包括其界定、来源、作用、评价、培育与提升。本文在一般企业核心竞争力研究的基础上,回顾了有关保险企业竞争力的研究文献,发现目前对保险企业核心竞争力的研究还不够完善和系统,如文献数量不多,且研究重点比较分散,缺乏系统性;针对性不强;对其评价过多地依赖于财务指标;研究方法有待完善等。未来我国保险企业核心竞争力的研究方向,需要建立一个符合保险行业特征的核心竞争力研究框架,并以国际视野评价我国保险企业的核心竞争力。
The core competitiveness of insurance enterprises, including its definition, source, role, evaluation, nurturing and upgrading. Based on the research of the general enterprise’s core competence, this paper reviews the research literature on the competitiveness of the insurance company and finds that the current research on the core competitiveness of the insurance company is still not perfect and systematic. For example, there are not many documents and the research focuses are relatively scattered , The lack of systematic; targeted is not strong; their evaluation depends too much on financial indicators; research methods need to be improved. In the future, the research direction of the core competitiveness of China’s insurance enterprises needs to establish a research framework of core competitiveness which is in line with the characteristics of the insurance industry and evaluate the core competitiveness of China’s insurance enterprises from an international perspective.
