铝合金型材润滑挤压很久以前就已经提出,但是近几年来在某种程度上未获得大量的工业采用。这说明,在润滑挤压时,采用不能排除死区的一般结构模子,因而在型材表面层发现第二类缩尾(侧面的)。此外,挤压时所采用的润滑剂弹性不足,使工具和毛坯之间的润滑层产生断裂,因而会使金属粘附到工具上,致使型材表面质量变坏。苏联近十年来拟定了润滑挤压型材方法的主要参数(工具和毛坯的几何形状、润滑剂成份、对工具表面光洁度的要求、挤压筒和模子接合的气密问题等)。这就可以拟定润滑挤压型材的技术工艺,目前,该工艺在苏联
Aluminum alloy profiles have long been proposed for lubrication and extrusion, but to a certain extent, they have not been widely used in industry in recent years.
