目的:观察Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后并发症的效果。方法:选择需要行下颌阻生智齿拔除术的患者582例,按半随机方法分为2组,实验组297例,拔牙后清理干净牙槽窝,植入Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵,咬无菌棉球30 min,常规口服头孢类药物3 d;对照组285例,拔牙后牙槽窝内不放置任何填充物,其余同对照组。拔牙后嘱患者半小时、第3天、第7天复诊,按本研究评判标准判断两组术后并发症的发生情况,并计算其发生率。结果:实验组下颌阻生智齿拔除术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,经统计学分析处理两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵能有效预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后并发症的发生,疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge in preventing postoperative complications of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Methods: A total of 582 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 297 cases. After extraction, the alveolar fossa were cleaned and implanted with Gelatamp glial silver gelatin sponge, Cotton balls 30 min, conventional oral cephalosporins 3 d; control group 285 cases, after extraction of the alveolar fossa do not place any filler, the rest with the control group. Zhu Huanzhe Zhu Huanzhe half an hour, 3 days, 7 days referral, according to the criteria for this study to determine the incidence of postoperative complications, and calculate the incidence. Results: The incidence of complications after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The curative effect is definite and worthy of clinical application.
