异黄酮化合物具有广泛的药理作用,本文主要对其心血管、内分泌系统的作用进行简要综述。在心血管系统,异黄酮化合物能通过不同途径改善心肌缺血症状,扩张血管、抑制血小板聚集,降低血中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,并有抗心律失常作用。在内分泌系统,异黄酮化合物主要表现为雌激素样作用,与雌激素一样有兴奋和抑制双重作用,有的异黄酮化合物还能影响骨的再吸收,因而对骨病的治疗有益。
Isoflavone compounds have a wide range of pharmacological effects, this article mainly on its cardiovascular, endocrine system, a brief review. In the cardiovascular system, isoflavone compounds can improve myocardial ischemia symptoms through different ways, dilate blood vessels, inhibit platelet aggregation, lower blood levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, and have anti-arrhythmic effects. In the endocrine system, isoflavone compounds mainly show estrogen-like effects, which have the same excitement and inhibition as estrogen. Some isoflavone compounds can also affect bone resorption, which is beneficial to the treatment of bone diseases.
