西湖是杭人的生命之源,是西湖之水给了我们祖先生命,杭州人才能繁衍生长,社会才能发展。杭州人懂得感恩,在历代仁人志士和贤守令的带领下从未停止治理西湖、保护西湖。通过不断地整治、疏浚西湖,大大提高了杭州人的生活品质。杭州历史上曾经存在过两处湖泊——南湖和临平湖,由于历史原因而逐步消亡,要以此为鉴,加强西湖的保护和管理。
West Lake is the source of Hang’s life, is the water of the West Lake gave our ancestors life, Hangzhou people can multiply and grow, society can develop. Hangzhou people know how to be grateful. Under the leadership of the benevolent lords of all ages and the people’s government, Hangzhou has never stopped controlling the West Lake and protecting the West Lake. Through continuous renovation, dredging West Lake, Hangzhou, greatly improving the quality of life. Historically, there have been two lakes in history - Nanhu and Linping Lake. Due to historical reasons, they have gradually disappeared. We should take this as a warning to strengthen the protection and management of the West Lake.
