介绍一个用于搭接薄板ＴＩＧ焊不规则焊缝路径识别的图像处理系统。该处理系统通过对不规则焊缝的二维图像进行预处理，根据焊缝图像梯度特征进行焊缝的路径识别。实验结果表明，本文提出的方法是可行的，有效的。
An image processing system for the irregular weld path identification in lapped TIG welding is introduced. The processing system preprocesses the two-dimensional images of the irregular welds, and identifies the weld path according to the gradient characteristics of the weld images. Experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
