为降低达克罗涂层中的六价铬含量以达到环保性能要求,采用钼酸铵、硼酸、磷酸部分替代达克罗涂层中的铬酐,研究20%、35%、50%替代后达克罗涂液的黏度、涂层结合强度以及耐蚀性变化。结果表明:随着钼酸铵替代量增加,涂液黏度值逐渐变小;当铬酐替代量为20%时,3种涂层结合强度均有所改善;钼酸铵替代铬酐,当替代量为20%时,其耐蚀性最好;磷酸替代铬酐,当替代量为20%、35%和50%时,涂层的耐蚀性均优于未替代涂层,在50%替代时耐蚀性最好,自腐蚀电位可达-0.766 5 V。
In order to reduce the content of hexavalent chromium in dacromet coating to meet the requirements of environmental performance, partial replacement of chromic anhydride in dacromet by ammonium molybdate, boric acid and phosphoric acid was studied. After 20%, 35% and 50% substitution Dacromet coating viscosity, coating bond strength and corrosion resistance changes. The results showed that the viscosity of coating solution became smaller with the substitution of ammonium molybdate. The bonding strength of three coatings was improved when the replacement amount of chromic anhydride was 20%. When ammonium molybdate was substituted for chromic anhydride, Corrosion resistance is the best when the amount is 20%. Phosphoric acid replaces chromic anhydride. When the substitution amount is 20%, 35% and 50%, the corrosion resistance of the coating is better than that of the non-replaced coating, When the best corrosion resistance, corrosion potential up to -0.766 5 V.
