构建团队特征对新产品开发知识管理过程影响的理论模型,利用来自中国11个省市的206个新产品开发项目的问卷调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明:知识外部获取对内部整合和创造具有正影响,知识整合对知识创造具有正影响,团队职能多样化、内部交流、团队信任正向影响知识获取和知识整合,团队信任正向影响知识创造,团队内部交流对信任具有正影响。
Build a theoretical model of the impact of team characteristics on the process of knowledge management of new product development, and use the questionnaire data of 206 new product development projects from 11 provinces and cities in China for empirical analysis.
