文章认为铁谱监测技术的两个重要特点在于①具有较宽的颗粒尺寸检测范围和较高的检测效率;②可同时进行磨损颗粒的定性分析与定量检测。但同时也存在若干局限性。在全面分析铁谱监测技术及其它油监测方法的基础上,提出了摩擦学系统状态监测和故障诊断技术(简称摩擦学诊断技术)的概念.并以液压系统为例,评价了摩擦和诊断技术的应用效果,同时讨论了其在应用研究方面的若干发展趋势。
The article thinks that the two important characteristics of ferrograph monitoring technology lie in: ① wide range of particle size detection and high detection efficiency; ② qualitative analysis and quantitative detection of wear particles at the same time. But there are also some limitations. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of ferrograph monitoring technology and other oil monitoring methods, the concept of tribological system condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology (referred to as tribological diagnostics technology) is put forward.And the hydraulic system is taken as an example to evaluate the friction and diagnostic technology The application effect, and discusses some of its development trends in applied research.
