目的:观察空气消毒净化器与紫外线灯照射用于供应室无菌室空气消毒的效果。方法:用空气消毒净化器和紫外线灯对供应室无菌室空气进行消毒,采用普通营养琼脂平皿暴露法于消毒前、后及无菌间使用后30分钟、60分钟、90分钟作空气中细菌的杀菌率监测,根据消亡率判定消毒效果。结果:紫外线照射和空气净化消毒器消毒30分钟后,空气中的细菌总数迅速下降,杀菌率分别为90.64%和94.28%。结论:使用空气净化器消毒优于紫外线消毒,即使是在动态情况下也未超过国家标准,值得推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of air disinfection purifier and UV lamp irradiation on air disinfection in sterile room of supply room. Methods: Sterilize air in sterile room of supply room with air disinfection purifier and UV lamp. Use common nutrition agar plate to expose bacteria in air for 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes before and after disinfection, The sterilization rate monitoring, according to the rate of disinfection to determine the disinfection. Results: The number of bacteria in the air decreased rapidly after disinfecting with ultraviolet light and air purifying sterilizer for 30 minutes, the sterilization rates were 90.64% and 94.28% respectively.
