脱墨是废纸回收利用的关键一步,脱墨技术应以追求高效率、低成本以及绿色环保的方式达到脱墨目的。传统脱墨技术在市场上仍占有很重要的地位,但传统的碱法脱墨药品用量大,严重污染环境,且含有大量木素的纤维在碱法脱墨中易发生“碱变黑”现象,影响浆料白度,已满足不了废纸高效再利用的要求。因此,研发对废纸适应性更强、对废纸性能有所改善、更环保的脱墨技术是造纸行业正在进行的任务。文中详细介绍了新型油墨的种类、脱墨影响因素、脱墨原理,归纳总结了新型废纸脱墨技术并介绍了最新的空化射流脱墨与新型臭氧/氧气(O_3/O_2)浮选脱墨及其优缺点以及它们在造纸工业的应用,最后对脱墨技术进行了总结并预测其发展潜力。
Deinking is a crucial step in the recycling of waste paper. Deinking should be accomplished by pursuing high efficiency, low cost and environmental friendliness.
