一、前言解放以来随着森林资源的开发,我国东北多年冻土及严寒地区新建铁路不断向林区纵深延展,铁路给水排水工程和其他铁路工程一样,都面临着一些急需解决的技术问题。20多年来在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线的指引下,通过设计、施工、运营等有关单位的共同努力和协作,已建成的铁路给水、排水工程,基本上能达到运转的要求。但有关这一地区的铁路勘测设计细则和规范,大都是沿用旧的,实践证明
I. Foreword With the development of forest resources since the liberation, the newly built railway in the permafrost of northeast China and the severe cold areas have continuously extended to the forest area. Like the other railway projects, the railway water supply and drainage project faces some urgent technical problems to be solved. Over the past 20 years, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, the railway water supply and drainage projects that have been completed can basically meet the operational requirements through the concerted efforts and collaboration of design, construction and operation agencies.
