随着世界经济一体化和市场经济的发展,公民的社会公德也被侵蚀和严重影响,尤其是非主流文化对我国公民的影响较为严重。文章从构建和谐社会的客观要求,有效防止社会公德的失范,建形成良好的社会道德风尚和对民族地区宗教及民族风俗产生积极影响几个方面进行论述,进一步论述加强少数民族地区社会公德建设的必要性。
With the economic integration in the world and the development of market economy, citizens' social morals have also been eroded and severely affected. In particular, the influence of non-mainstream culture on Chinese citizens has become more serious. From the objective requirements of building a harmonious society, effectively preventing the loss of social morality, building a good social morality and making a positive impact on the religious and ethnic customs in the minority areas, the article further discusses the measures to strengthen the construction of social morality in ethnic minority areas necessity.
