造成柔轮破损的原因是综合性的。本文通过用电子显微镜对柔轮破损断口的观察、用电测法对柔轮应力与变形的测定、用光弹性法对柔轮齿根应力集中系数的测定、用光投影法对同时啮合齿数的测定,对以往公式进行了评论,分析了造成柔轮破坏的各种因素及提高寿命的措施。提出了柔轮的疲劳是带裂纹体的疲劳问题及断裂力学在谐波齿轮传动中应用的现实性与可能性。改进后设计的谐波减速器经工业性运行,柔轮的疲劳次数已达1.5×10~8次还在继续使用。
The cause of damage to the flexspline is comprehensive. In this paper, through the observation of flexural damage fracture by electron microscope, the determination of stress and deformation of flexspline by electrical method was used to measure the stress concentration factor of flexible tooth root by using photoelastic method. Determination, the previous formula was commented, analyzed the various factors that cause the damage to the flexspline and measures to improve life expectancy. It is put forward that the fatigue of flexspline is the fatigue problem of cracked body and the reality and possibility of the fracture mechanics applied in harmonic gear drive. After the improvement of the design of harmonic reducer industrial operation, the number of rounds of fatigue has reached 1.5 × 10 ~ 8 times still continue to use.
