中建三局南方公司总承包建设的东南国际航运中心总部大厦由厦门海投国际航运中心开发有限公司投资建设,是福建省有史以来最大的公投项目。为优质完成此项工程建设。中建三局东南国际航运中心总部大厦项目部深入开展技术创新活动,成立了计克贤劳模创新工作室。工作室以攻克施工生产难题、实现技术革新、培养后备技术力量为己任,取得丰硕成绩。2014年,工作室先后完成科研课题14项,成为企业创新增效的新引擎。项目部也先后荣获厦门市工人先锋号、厦门市工会先进单位、厦门市青年文明号等荣誉称号。
