为了消除公众对转基因生物安全性的疑虑 ,加速转“全鱼”基因黄河鲤(CyprinuscarpioL Huanghevar )的产业化进程 ,本实验按类似国家卫生部新药毒理学实验规范进行了昆明种小鼠摄食转“全鱼”基因黄河鲤后生理和病理研究。与对照组小鼠比较 ,两者在生长、血液常规、血生化成分、组织病理等方面 ,没有显著性差异(P >0 0 1) ;摄食转基因鱼对小鼠的生殖机能及对子一代幼仔的生长和发育也无影响。实验结果显示 :转“全鱼”基因黄河鲤鱼与普通黄河鲤鱼在食品安全方面具实质等同性
