采用稀上氟化物或低 P 稀土精矿粉与氧化钙配渣作为脱硫剂和变质剂,在吹 N_2条件下,对高硫(0.138%)铁水进行了球化、蠕化变质处理。稀土氟化物一氧化钙渣系在1200℃一1450℃范围内变质处理获得成功。在1300℃时变质处理成功时间为15分钟。稀土精矿粉一氧化钙渣系在1450℃下,处理10分钟得到球铁或蠕铁。实验证明,吹 N_2和渣中配入适量的氧化钙是变质处理成功的必要条件。
High-sulfur (0.138%) hot metal was spheroidized and detritus-treated with dilute upper fluoride or low-P rare earth concentrate and calcium oxide as residue and destroying agent.
