毫无疑问,对率先提出“由传统基础网络运营商向现代综合信息服务提供商转型”战略的中国电信来说,全业务运营为实现这一愿望打开了方便之门。在如愿以偿地拿到CDMA网络后,中国电信的“信息化战略”才真正得以全面深入到社会各个方面。在加入移动通信的元素后,在原有“商务领航”和“我的e家”等平台上中国电信将迎来百花齐放的融合信息化新局面。许多人津津乐道于全业务运营后带来的各种可能,并憧憬着扭转单一固网业务的下滑后的市场前景。但已经有专家对此表示慎重,在他们看来,在融合信息化领域,全业务运营带来的挑战才刚刚开始。

Many people talked about all the possibilities brought about by full business operations and looked forward to reversing the declining market outlook for the single fixed line business. However, experts have already expressed their caution. In their view, the challenge of full-service operation has just begun in the area of converged information.
