笔者在下乡检查工作时,了解到某学校为充分调动师生全员参与排查安全隐患的积极性,建立了安全问题报告激励机制,设立了安全问题报告奖。他们规定:只要师生员工能及时向学校报告一个安全问题,就奖励一件学习用品或生活用品。一学期下来,学校共收到68个安全问题,有报告学生吵架、打架的,有报告学生带刀具、火种的,有报告学生课间滑楼梯护栏的等等,所有问题都得到了及时解决,效果非常好,学校自设立安全
When I went to work in the countryside, I learned that in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all teachers and students to participate in the investigation of potential safety hazards, the school established an incentive mechanism for reporting safety problems and set up a safety issue report award.
