本文应用三维有限单元法对双圆弧轮齿齿面位移和齿根应力进行了计算,得到不同接触区宽度时齿面载荷分布和轮齿最大齿根应力公式。齿根应力的电测结果与有限元分析基本一致。
In this paper, the three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the tooth surface displacement and tooth root stress of the double circular arc gear. The tooth surface load distribution and the maximum tooth root stress formula of the tooth were obtained. Dental root stress electrical test results and finite element analysis are basically the same.
