目的筛选能够有效杀灭氦氧饱和潜水舱室中真菌的消毒剂。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验,测定4种常用消毒剂对氦氧饱和潜水环境中分离的9株真菌的杀灭效果。利用综合评分法从中筛选出最佳的消毒剂以及最佳的处理时间。结果 0.3%二癸基二甲基溴化铵溶液消毒效果最好,作用10 min对真菌杀灭对数值均达到3以上,最佳消毒处理时间为30 min;其次为0.2%醋酸氯已定溶液;0.4%苯扎溴铵溶液和0.4%过硫酸氢钾溶液对真菌消毒基本无效。结论 0.3%二癸基二甲基溴化铵溶液处理30 min具有良好的杀真菌效果,能够用于氦氧饱和潜水舱室的真菌消毒。
Objective To screen disinfectants that effectively kill fungi in helium-oxygenated diving cabins. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to determine the killing effect of four commonly used disinfectants on nine fungi isolated from the helium-oxygen saturation diving environment. Use the comprehensive score method to select the best disinfectant and the best processing time. Results 0.3% dodecyldimethylammonium bromide solution was the best disinfectant. The logarithm value of killing fungi was above 3 for 10 min and the best disinfection time was 30 min. The second was 0.2% chlorhexidine acetate solution ; 0.4% benzalkonium bromide solution and 0.4% potassium hydrogen peroxide solution disinfection of the fungus basically ineffective. Conclusion 0.3% dodecyldimethylammonium bromide solution for 30 min has good fungicidal effect and can be used for fungal disinfection in helium oxygen saturation diving chamber.
