小鼠ig 3-乙酰乌头碱的LD_(50)为3.09mg/kg,其他各种注射途径的LD_(50)在0.40-0.70mg/kg间,约为ig的13-23%;大鼠LD_(50)为小鼠的53-74%。在亚急性毒性实验中,3-乙酰乌头碱中毒剂量可致大鼠呼吸抑制而死亡,家兔除有呼吸抑制外尚出现ECG的异常。组织病理学变化主要为心肌细胞变性,肝细胞轻度损伤。阿托品加人工呼吸对3-乙酰乌头碱所致的大鼠和兔的呼吸抑制有较好的对抗效果。致畸实验未见胎仔畸形。
The LD 50 of ig 3-acetyl aconitine in mice was 3.09 mg / kg, and the LD 50 in other injection routes was about 13-23% of ig in the range of 0.40-0.70 mg / kg. LD_ (50) is 53-74% of mice. Atropine plus artificial respiration on 3-acetyl aconitine induced respiratory depression in rats and rabbits have a better antagonistic effect. Teratogenic test no fetal deformity.
