汽车覆盖件是指构成汽车车身或驾驶室、覆盖发动机和底盘的薄金属板料制成的异形体表面和内部零件。本文介绍了汽车覆盖件模具设计中拉延模与修边模的设计。所设计的拉延模是前地板中通道加强板的拉延模,修边模设计的是地板后横梁内板的修边模。分析了前地板中通道加强板与地板后横梁内板的成形可行性与冲裁方向,根据零件的拉深较大,型面复杂,成形工艺难,确定了它们的合理的冲压工序。通过对前地板中通道加强板与地板后横梁内板的工艺分析,确定科学合理的冲压方案,减少模具的投入,提高生产效率,分析了拉延模与修边模汽车覆盖件模具结构特点,并针对工艺介绍了结构设计。
Automotive covers are profiled surfaces and internal parts made of thin sheet metal that form the body or cab of an automobile that covers the engine and chassis. This paper introduces the design of the die and trimming die in the mold design of automobile cover. The designed drawing die is the drawing die of the passage stiffener in the front floor, and the trimming die design is the trimming die of the inner plate of the rear crossbeam of the floor. The feasibility and blanking direction of the inner plate of the tunnel reinforcing plate and the rear crossbeam of the front floor are analyzed. According to the parts’ deep drawing, the complex shape and the difficult forming process, the reasonable stamping process is confirmed. Through the analysis of the process of the passage reinforcing plate in the front floor and the inner plate of the rear crossbeam of the floor, the scientific and reasonable stamping plan is determined, the investment in the mold is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the structural characteristics of the mold of the automobile panel covering the drawing die and the trimming die are analyzed, And introduced the structure design for the process.
