A803是巯基吡啶-N-氧化钠盐的简称,为饮水消毒剂,用本品进行实验室、现场饮水消毒及致突变试验。试验微生物有:大肠菌群、E·coli-f~2噬菌体。 结果表明:A803用于饮水消毒,实验室最小有效剂量为17.5mg/L;pH值、温度对消毒效果无明显影响。现场实验选用多种水源,用A803 23.75～30mg/L,SM-92号混凝剂8mg/L,消毒30分钟可使细菌总数由5.5～8.4×10~3个/mL下降到0,大肠菌群由23800个/mL下降到<3。致突变实验结果表明TA98、TA100两个菌株的回变菌落数与阴性对照相近,从饮水消毒角度是安全的。
A803 is the abbreviation of mercaptopyridine-N-oxide sodium salt, as drinking water disinfectant, using this product for laboratory, on-site drinking water disinfection and mutagenicity test.
