人过了60岁以后,毕竟和青壮年时期不一样。退休就应当以休息为主,应当把健康放在第一位,适当发挥余热,使自己的“第二个春天”过得愉快。根据笔者几年来的退休生活,老人快乐要遵循以下八条法则,特提出来与诸君共勉:1.多接触大自然。万物静观皆自得,世事“动观”亦相宜。到了对大自然无动于衷,只知道昏昏欲睡的时候,你的细胞就要出麻烦了。
