我在业校當過一學期教員,一学期教导员,所以對业校的教員教导員工作,多少有些熟悉。現在雖然也担當了兩個多月的教導主任,但對全面教導工作來說,還是缺乏经驗。现在把我在這一工作得到的初步体会寫出来,希望大家指導。一、對過去工作的認識: 在我剛当业校教員時,因為對這個工作非常生疎,又沒有成套的職工教育方案可资遵循,所以感覺無所適從,唯一的補救辦法,就是多与同志們商量,交流教学经驗;多聽從领導上的指示,摸索教学方法。在那時搞教导工作的同志和教員們都缺乏经驗,因而领导与教员之间工作步驟便不一致。领导方面為了急於搞好学校,对教學要求過高,就感覺:‘教师们没有积極性,創造性,進步太慢了。’教員們為了搞好教學,希望领导上處處幫助,對
