目的为贯彻实施2011年5月4日发布的《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》(简称新《办法》),提高开展药品不良反应(ADR)报告和监测工作的实效性,调查分析重庆市ADR监测用户在工作中遇到的问题及对新《办法》的认知情况。方法采取分层群体结合分层非等比例抽样方法,对重庆市ADR监测174个基层用户进行问卷调查,用SPSS软件统计分析。结果与结论超过50%被调查人员对新《办法》有积极评价和认识;新《办法》贯彻实施及提高ADR监测工作的实效性需要重视解决现存问题,多方协调齐抓,不断改进创新。
Objective To carry out the Measures for the Management and Reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions and Surveillance (the “New Measures”) promulgated on May 4, 2011 to improve the effectiveness of ADR reporting and monitoring, ADR monitors user problems encountered in the work and the new “approach” of the cognitive situation. Methods A stratified population combined with stratified non-proportional sampling method was used to survey 174 grassroots users in ADR in Chongqing. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results and Conclusions More than 50% of the respondents have made positive comments and understandings about the new Measures. Implementing the new Measures and improving the effectiveness of ADR monitoring work need to attach importance to solving the existing problems, coordinate and coordinate with each other and continuously improve innovation.
